The Highgate Studios project was a beautifully detailed scheme that we had the pleasure of delivering from initial site survey through to final installation.

Over a 12-week programme, we created a cohesive and characterful interior defined by rich walnut finishes, sculptural seating, and carefully integrated materials — balancing functionality with elevated design throughout.

Scope of Works

Bespoke Teapoint Feature

At the heart of the space sits a bespoke walnut veneer teapoint, designed to bring warmth and refinement to the communal area.

Key features include:

Premium walnut veneer cabinetry with seamless detailing
Striking Foresso worktops, adding texture and sustainability credentials
Integrated storage solutions to maintain clean lines and practicality
Extensive mirror wall panelling to enhance light and create depth

The combination of natural timber tones and reflective surfaces results in a sophisticated yet inviting focal point.

Open Shelving & Feature Joinery

To complement the teapoint, we installed open walnut veneer bookshelving, carefully detailed to maintain visual continuity throughout the scheme.

These bespoke shelving units provide both display and functional storage, reinforcing the natural material palette and contributing to the studio’s warm, creative atmosphere.

Curved Seating Installation

One of the standout features of this project was a series of curved bespoke continuous seating runs.

Designed to flow organically through the space, these installations include:

Precision-crafted curved joinery bases
High-quality leather upholstery
Integrated planters to break up seating zones and introduce biophilic elements

The result is a dynamic seating environment that encourages collaboration while adding architectural softness to the interior.

Reception Area

A custom-built reception desk was designed and installed to set the tone on arrival.

Crafted to align with the wider material palette, it provides a welcoming first impression while maintaining the understated elegance seen throughout the studio.

Outcome

Delivered on schedule within 12 weeks, Highgate Studios is a testament to thoughtful material selection, detailed craftsmanship, and seamless project delivery.
