Project overview
Location: London
Project Type: High End Residential
Programme: 12 weeks
The Grosvenor Crescent Mews project highlights Modern Line Ltd’s ability to deliver refined, highly detailed joinery within a luxury residential setting. Working closely with the client and design team, the scheme required a seamless integration of storage, architectural panelling and statement furniture throughout the property.
Our works included bespoke wardrobes to all bedrooms, a fully fitted dressing room, library and bar cabinetry, and integrated dining area seating. Each element was designed to feel part of the building’s architecture rather than applied furniture, creating continuity across the interior.
Distinctive features such as tailored handrails, bespoke headboards and full-height panelling were carefully crafted to complement the proportions of the home while maintaining practical everyday use.
Premium materials – from hand-veneered timber and solid hardwoods to Corian and powder-coated metal – were combined to achieve a balance of durability and understated luxury.
